Stuart Dobson

Stuart Dobson has a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate from Colorado State University and over 10 years executive level experience running internet based companies. A native of Chicago, he has been in Colorado since 1986. He currently resides in a Thornton home with his wife, two kids, two cats and two Bernese Mountain dogs.

Additionally, post graduate financial work and significant securities industry experience allows for a very analytical, detailed, ethical and meticulous approach to real estate.

Additional designations include: CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist), TRC (Transnational Referral Certified), MCP (Metrolist Certified Professional).

Some of Stuart’s accomplishments include the startup of a pure play internet company in 1997 as a health insurance lead generation business that took advantage of search engine optimization to achieve top rankings on most of the major search engines under various health insurance related terms. The business evolved with the addition of international travel insurance and at one point in time allowed Mr. Dobson to become the largest international travel insurance agent online in the late 90’s. In addition Stuart has written multiple articles regarding health insurance and the internet that have been nationally publicized.

Stuart was also the founder of an internet based aftermarket motorcycle parts business in 2000. Again using search engine optimization techniques, the business grew from $0 in May 2000 to $6 million per year in annual sales by the end of 2004.

Jason Pavlovic

Jason Pavlovic is a graduate of The University of Texas, at Austin, Texas.  He is a member of NMDRA as his primary affiliation, DMCAR as a secondary member, is a member of  the Realtor’s Land Institute RLI and Colorado- Wyoming CCIM. He has over thirty years experience as a Real Estate Broker. 

He has been associated in the past with RAM Realty Co., Broomfield, Colorado, HPO Real Estate, Inc., ERA /Sandlin & Co., Bill Milburn Co., and Live Oak Development Co. of Austin, Texas, US Home, Inc. and General Homes of Houston, Texas Highway Department and Gulf Oil Corp., U.S.  These positions involved all phases of the Commercial Development and Home Building and Real Estate industries, both as an employee and as a principal.  He organized and owns Front Range Environmentals, a landscaping construction and environmental remediation consulting company.  He has experience in residential and commercial construction and land development, landscape design and installation.  He has been employed in management of large and small projects and organizations.

Additionally, Jason has served with volunteer organizations.  He is currently President of Colorado Repertory Singers, and Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Eldora Special Recreation Program, Inc., both of which are 501(c3) non profit corporations.  Jason has been Chairman of the Board of Trustees of  the Broomfield United Methodist Church, Broomfield, Colorado and Northwest Hills UMC, Austin, Texas.

His governmental experience includes serving as a member of the City and County of Broomfield Zoning Board of Adjustment. He has also served as a City of Broomfield, Colorado Land Use Review Commissioner.  He has served on Water Conservation Advisory Committee of The City of Arvada, Colorado and The University of Texas at Austin, Zoology Department Visiting Committee.

He served as Vice President of the Board of Directors of Travis County Fire Control, Inc., Austin, TX and as a volunteer fireman in Arvada, Colorado, Travis County, Texas and Hudson Bend, Texas.  Jason has been married for 32 years and has three daughters.  His hobbies include horses, barbershop singing, fly fishing and 4x4 trail driving.
